Construction and relocation work for a facility for people with disabilities. For individuals with severe intellectual and physical disabilities, a significant portion of their daily lives is spent on tube feeding, bathing, and toileting, often resulting in facilities becoming isolated and "hospital-like," cut off from the community.

To break the current situation where all time spent with those around them is dedicated to care, it's necessary to "open" the facility to the community and seamlessly integrate it with the surrounding area. Instead of constructing a facility on an isolated plot of land, the plan is to build it in front of a train station, a place where people regularly pass through, and integrate the station and facility through art installations.

Furthermore, by making it easy for people from the community to "enter" the facility through a shop and cafe, their attention will naturally shift from the merchandise to the severely disabled individuals beyond.

A fully installed "ceiling-mounted lift" will enable smooth movement from living spaces such as bathrooms and playrooms to the shop and cafe, functioning as a catalyst for interaction between the community and the severely disabled individuals.
